All fees include up to 4 hours. Please include time for set up and tear down of event if this service is not requested to be done by GMC rep (see below for pricing). If more than 4 hours are needed for event an additional hourly rate can be added in full hour increments.
All fees includes use of available 60+ metal folding chairs, 150+ wooden chairs (sanctuary use only) and 15+ 8 foot folding tables.
Sanctuary $500(includes use of sound system and no kitchen access)
Fellowship Hall Furnishing Changes $100 (table & chair set up and tear down)
Projector Use $50 (including moving and returning chairs, piano, podium, & altar)
Schedule of Payments
Refundable Deposit $250 Required for all spaces in form of check or PayPal payment, Due at time of signing agreement. Deposit will be held at least one week after event date, less damages or additional hour charges, when space is returned in pre-rental condition
Insurance Coverage User promises and warrants that it carries liability insurance with a minimum liability occurrence limit of $1,000,000. User will provide a certificate of insurance (obtained through renters or homeowners insurance at a nominal fee).
Down Payment 25% of total rental fee due at time of signing. If renter cancels with less than 14 days notice, they forfeit the 25% down payment. Security deposit will be returned
Balance DueRemainder of agreed charge due one week before event date
Additional Fees Any charges or additional fees due to extended use or damage above the amount of security deposit must be paid no later than one week after date of rental.
