Healthcare Resources

A Justice Issue
    a Moral Imperative

Get informed and do something!
We at Germantown Mennonite Church believe universal healthcare is an expression of what the Bible teaches--caring for the least of the least--and of our deeply-held American values of sharing and compassion.
We invite other faith communities to join us in an informed discussion and active pursuit calling on our elected officials to do the right thing.

This page on WHYY's website has an excerpt from T. R. Reid's book "The Healing of America" (see Books page on this website), laying out the 4 basic models of healthcare systems found in various countries.

Here's the Home Page for the Frontline documentary "Sick Around the World," which is based on Reid's reporting. (You can watch the full program online!)
